We are based in Sheffield, covering all of the South Yorkshire area. Samples are always taken to consultations
so you can see the quality of the materials we use. All materials come from certified factories and are fitted by qualified
installation teams.

We are certified by CERTASS. CERTASS stands for Certification and Assessment. CERTASS is an administration and inspection
scheme which acts as an alternative to Local Authority Building Control. In order to reduce energy losses and to support
the ambitions of the Kyoto Protocol, which called for international reductions in CO2 emissions, the Building Regualtions
2000 were amended in March 2002. The amendment brought under the control the installation of replacement windows,
doors, rooflights and roof windows. Initially, control was exercised by local authorities and by FENSA.
The situation continued until 6th April 2006 when two new schemes were liceneced by the government in competition with
FENSA, these being the CERTASS scheme and a scheme operated by BSI.
What does this mean for you?
The CERTASS Glazing Scheme is a Competent Persons Scheme set up in accordance with the Department of Communities and
Local Governement. Installers who are members with CERTASS are able to certify that the installation meets the current
Building Regulations. CERTASS will register your installations electronically with your Local Authority Building Control
Office, you will then be issued with a Building Controls Certificate which records that your installer has certified that
the installation meets the appropriate Building Regulations.
CERTASS conduct inspections on a random basis. Inspections will be carried out on a number of installations, through
Construction Auditing Services Ltd, to ensure that Building Regualtions are continually being met.

We provide Insurance Backed Guarantees
These are in addition to the guarantee's provided by our company and run for the length of our guarantee's. So
unlike other companies who give you a guarantee that isn't worth the paper it's written on, we pay for you to have a seperate
guarantee from an independent insurance company, to give you extra peace of mind.
What does this mean for you?
This means that even if we were no longer trading, and any part of the workmanship or product developes any fault during
the term of your 10 year guarantee, your product will be repaired or replaced with no extra cost to you.
The company we use for providing insurance backed guarantees is Installations Assured Ltd, who are regulated by
the Financial Services Authority. More information on insurance backed guarantees can be obtained directly from Installations
Assured Ltd at their website http://www.iaibg.co.uk

Any reputable company will be able to provide these when you ask for them.
